ITM Enterprise Equipment Capital Division is a financing intermediary and business consulting division. We connect equipment dealers and their customers with potential financing sources. ITM Enterprise is not a lender and does not directly provide loans, leases, or other financing products.

All financing decisions, approvals, funding amounts, rates, and terms are subject to underwriting and the sole discretion of the third-party lenders or funding sources in our network.

3. Dealer Partnership Program

Dealers who apply to become partners may use our platform to submit financing requests on behalf of their customers. Submission of a deal does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific terms. There is no cost to submit deals through our platform.

Partnership does not create an exclusive relationship. Dealers are free to maintain and use their primary financing programs alongside our secondary resource.

4. User Representations

By submitting information through our Services, you represent and warrant that all information is accurate, complete, and submitted with the proper authority. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ITM Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ITM ENTERPRISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
